I got glasses when I was in first grade. When everyone else was worried about things like dolls and their first rounds of homework, I was struggling to see the board and cope with my new look. Although I got used to glasses and contacts over the years, I always detested relying heavily on corrective lenses to see. However, a few months ago, my eye doctor suggested corrective surgery to shave down my corneas and perfect my vision. I was nervous about the procedure at first, but it made an incredible difference. Now, I can see without using anything, and it is such a freeing experience. Check out this blog to learn more about eye care.
